Alps Fall Kills Frenchman

ROME — A French tourist died Sunday when he lost his balance on an Alpine mountain path and fell into a ravine, the Italian news agency ANSA reported. George Des Landes, 63, of Pireg, France, was hiking in the province of Turin when he fell, ANSA reported.
