HE’S BAAACK: President Bush is considering his seventh visit to Orange County in less than three years. . . . Bush is scheduled to be in Southern California early next month to stump for U.S. Sen. John Seymour’s campaign and state GOP officials are hoping the nation’s No.-1 Republican will stop by their semi-annual convention in Anaheim Sept. 13-15. “We put in a strong bid and we’re waiting to see,” said Dan Beck, spokesman for the state Republican Party. “It’s a possibility.”
