‘Operation Sparkle’ Benefits Overlooked

More attention should have been focused on the benefits of “Operation Sparkle” instead of the problem of the garbage not being removed after the cleanup. A Valleywide task as large as this will always have coordination problems.
Community pride and citizens cleaned up these areas along with LAPD support.
A job well done by all involved.
