Cash to Argentina

I just returned from Argentina, where I found it extremely difficult to use any credit card or cash traveler’s checks. Very few banks and cambios (exchange banks) accept traveler’s checks. Where either checks or credit cards are accepted there is often a 10% to 30% surcharge. Bring cash!
