Authorities Search for Missing Man

LAKE FOREST — Authorities on Friday searched for a 37-year-old man who is mildly mentally disabled and has been missing since Tuesday.
Rory Nichols was last seen about 3 p.m. Tuesday leaving his apartment at 23333 Ridge Route Drive, where he lives alone, Orange County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Richard Olson said.
Nichols might be near his neighborhood, but he has not been home and needs to take anti-seizure medication, Olson said. Nichols has disappeared twice before but was found both times, so authorities do not suspect foul play, he said.
