Gasoline Prices Rise Slowly: Gasoline prices increased by less than a penny the past two weeks as the spring driving season got off to a slow start, an industry survey said. The average price for all grades of gas at full- and self-service stations was 117.81 cents per gallon, according to the Lundberg Survey of 13,000 service stations. That figure was up .66 of a cent from March 22. At self-service stations, which account for more than 80% of sales, the average price of regular unleaded gasoline was 105.17 cents; premium unleaded, 121.24, and regular leaded, 100.02.
