IN BRIEF : Actress to Be Feted at ‘Star Night Party’

The Visiting Nurse Foundation will hold its “Star Night Party” Monday in the Blossom Room at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Cocktails are at 5:30 p.m. preceding big screen TV viewing of the Academy Awards. Actress Morgan Brittany will receive the “Star Humanitarian Award” for her work with the March of Dimes.
Tickets are $175 per person with proceeds to benefit the foundation’s “I Count Too,” a counseling and education program for children who must learn to cope with the terminal illness of a loved one. For further information and/or reservations, call Esther Kenyon, (213) 386-7191.
