World IN BRIEF : LEBANON : Israeli Planes Raid Guerrilla Base

Four Israeli warplanes struck a Palestinian guerrilla base in the sixth such air attack on Lebanon this year. A Lebanese police spokesman said that rockets from the planes wounded 13 Palestinian civilians and three guerrillas at a base near Sidon.
