ONE HELPING OR TWO? The Westminster City Council had to revise the minutes of a previous meeting the other night. The original resolution honored the troops who fought in Operation Dessert Storm. The writer apparently never had a teacher who remonstrated that when you want two helpings of something like ice cream, that’s dessert. The place with all the sand has only one s . It probably wouldn’t have been any easier if they had stuck with the pre-invasion Name: Desert Shield.
