Would Home Sale Profits Be Shared?
Why don’t people quit whining and be happy they can afford to buy a home over $200,000?
I had to laugh at those people who are picketing at the new housing tract the Fieldstone Co. built in Rancho Santa Margarita. With the slow housing market, the Fieldstone Co. has to offer a lower sales price so they can move their inventory.
The one question I have for these picketers is, if the real estate market was booming and they sold their current Fieldstone-built home for a nice profit, would they give some of the profit back to Fieldstone?
