Roger S. Beadle, 46, associate vice president for sales at the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau, has been promoted to vice president for sales. He succeeds Jon Q. Loeb, who has become corporate vice president of sales and marketing for Biltmore Hotel Co., Los Angeles.
