Baez Helps Homeless: Singer Joan Baez will make a rare Los Angeles appearance when she performs tonight at the second annual benefit dinner for the Shelter Partnership at the Biltmore. Proceeds will support the Partnership’s work in developing housing and resources for the homeless in Los Angeles County.
