Robert Morris College, saying it was punished too harshly for repaying part of a basketball player’s bank loan, has sued the NCAA.
A hearing has been scheduled for Thursday in Pittsburgh.
The lawsuit asks that the NCAA be stopped from banning Robert Morris from postseason play and and requires the return of $88,145 from the 1989 NCAA tournament.
