Collins Bringing ‘Lives’ to Town
Joan Collins is dreaming of a green Christmas.
Planning her upcoming grand tour of Noel Coward’s “Private Lives,” the “Dynasty” diva wants to play Los Angeles during the Christmas season, according to one of the show’s co-producers, Elizabeth McCann. Tentative dates for the show are Nov. 26-Dec. 29, at the Wilshire Theatre in Beverly Hills.
That was also the site of the last splashy “Private Lives” to hit town--the 1983 Elizabeth Taylor-Richard Burton version.
Collins’ co-star has not been picked, nor has her director.
