Nonaligned Nations to Seek Peace Formula

NEW DELHI — Indian External Affairs Minister Vidya Charan Shukla said Sunday that foreign ministers of the Nonaligned Movement will meet in Belgrade early next month to work out a formula to end the Gulf War.
Shukla, who returned from Tehran where he met Iranian leaders to discuss ways of ending the war, told reporters his mission has been successful.
He said that foreign ministers of Yugoslavia, Algeria, Venezuela, Iran and India have agreed to meet in Belgrade in the first week of next month.
