Roy A. Anderson, Michael Berberian and Jack L. Bowers have retired as directors of Lockheed Corp. Anderson, 70, was formerly Lockheed chairman during its turbulent bailout by the federal government during the 1970s. He was elected a director in 1971. Berberian, 57, an officer in his family’s investment firm in Fresno, has been a director since 1973. Bowers, 70, became a director in 1986 when Lockheed acquired Sanders Associates, which Bowers headed. Anderson began his Lockheed career as a staff accountant in 1956.
