The settlers are accused of being motivated by greed and profit, when in fact their only motivation was to find a home where they could live in peace. There were no big corporations here. The settlers were also accused of polluting the land and destroying the environment; with what? Horse manure!
I think this is what today’s academic society is polluting our children’s mind with.
