WORLD : Keep Quiet, Rabin Urges Shamir

JERUSALEM — Former Defense Minister Yitzhak Rabin told Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir today to keep his mouth shut about the occupied territories so the world could focus on the Persian Gulf crisis.
