US West to Aid Czechoslovakia: In its third Eastern European cellular venture, US West agreed to help Czechoslovakia build and operate cellular mobile and packet data networks. Initial service is expected in the second half of 1991 in Prague, Bratislava and Brno, followed by other metropolitan areas. Bell Atlantic International also is a partner.
