Riverside 29, Fullerton 14--Riverside (7-3, 3-2) took advantage of seven Fullerton turnovers in a game called with 31 seconds remaining because of a brawl at Riverside.

The altercation was sparked when Riverside quarterback Jack Manu was run out of bounds near the Fullerton (7-3, 2-3) bench. Punches were thrown and the referees called the game.

Saddleback 43, Rancho Santiago 40--Jeff Bailey completed a 15-yard touchdown pass to Dax Jordan with 1:13 left to give Saddleback (6-4, 3-2) the victory at Santa Ana Stadium. Rancho Santiago quarterback Richard Fanti was 24 for 28 for 307 yards and four touchdowns. He completed 66.5% of his passes this season to set a conference record.

Bailey was 21 of 31 for 287 yards for Saddleback. Rancho Santiago’s Estrus Crayton had 114 yards in 25 carries and finished the season with 1,112. Matt Carvalho ran for 109 in 26 carries for Saddleback.
