New Post: Glen Allen, a former vice president for development in southern Orange County for the Koll Co., recently signed on with Arvida, the Florida-based developer that’s building a huge planned community in San Clemente.
Allen, who spent 13 years at Koll, will oversee planning and development of commercial buildings as Arvida’s new vice president for development in its commercial division.
The company’s first West Coast project is a 150-acre business park at the San Clemente development, which is called Talega.
