Chapman Women Rally to Win in Volleyball

Chapman College rallied from a two-game deficit to defeat Cal State Bakersfield, the No. 2-ranked Division II women’s volleyball team, in a California Collegiate Athletic Assn. match Tuesday at Bakersfield.

Debi Waller had 20 kills and Rena Strange had 14 for Chapman (23-13, 6-4 in the CCAA), in a 12-15, 6-15, 15-4, 15-8, 15-9 victory. Chapman is the only conference team to beat Bakersfield (27-10, 7-2) this season.
