L.A. Assistance for Leningrad

So the Soviet mayor of Leningrad would like to get some ideas on “how to get rich quick” from Mayor Bradley.
Leningrad is a beautiful city because Peter the Great spent some years in the West with the idea of bringing the best of art and architecture to Russia. And so St. Petersburg was born.
The first thing would be to change the name back to St. Petersburg in honor of its founder, who was dedicated to the “good, the true and the beautiful” for his people.
Then, take the gear stick out of reverse (where it’s been for the last 70 years) and put it into first. Or in other words, having already changed gold into lead, they should reverse the process.
