The University of Maryland will submit a report this week to the NCAA that will detail infractions by basketball Coach Gary Williams and the school’s self-imposed punishment, according to Andy Geiger, athletic director. Maryland’s basketball program is on probation for violations that occurred under former coach Bob Wade.
