The Detroit Pistons traded for ward-center Anthony Cook to the Denver Nuggets for a second-round draft choice in 1992. Cook, a two-time All-Pacific 10 selection at Arizona, was drafted in the first round by the Phoenix Suns in the 1989 NBA draft, then traded to the Pistons in July of 1989. He did not sign with Detroit and played in Greece last season.
