Marshall 23, Van Nuys 20--Van Nuys quarterback Bill Calhoun threw three interceptions and the Wolves allowed 16 unanswered points to close out the game. Running back Aaron Gadasy rushed for 99 yards and scored on runs of one and 75 yards to lead Van Nuys (0-2).
Robert Collier scored Van Nuys’ other touchdown on a 51-yard touchdown pass from Calhoun in the first quarter.
