Florida Couple Claim Share of Lotto Jackpot

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A publicity-shy Winter Haven couple came forward Thursday with the last of the six winning tickets in Florida’s $106.5-million Lotto jackpot and claimed their $17.75-million prize.
John and Phyllis Pacilio’s winning ticket was one of 75 the couple splurged for when the jackpot hit $100 million.
