Not Just Good to Business

“Taking Care of Business Is Now Carrier Priority,” Sept. 2, rightfully gives credit to the efforts of Virgin Atlantic for its “upper class” service. However, as a newly returned visitor to the United Kingdom who had the good fortune to travel via coach on Virgin, let me state how the efforts of Richard Branson do not begin and end with higher-paying clients. Coach passengers on Virgin enjoy more leg room, better quality and quantity of meals and snacks, superior video and audio entertainment and a sufficient number of flight attendants to meet the needs of everyone in a timely manner.
