Cleveland Cavalier power forward John (Hot Rod) Williams is about to sign a seven-year, $28-million offer sheet with the Miami Heat, the National reported.
The Cavaliers would have 15 days to match any offer for Williams, a restricted free agent who averaged 16.8 points and 8.1 rebounds a game last season.
