Douglas Aircraft Co., Long Beach, has named David A. Little vice president and deputy general manager for the Air Force-McDonnell Douglas C-17 program. Little, previously general manager for C-17 production, replaces Jack Hayden, who assumed new duties as vice president and deputy general manager for fiscal management and support.
