Goals of Schools, Needs of Teachers
Education has become a slaughterhouse for money mongers. In the Capistrano Unified School District, the teachers are being cheated for all they are worth.
I personally feel this is unfair to the students and the teachers. Many people know that the teachers have not had a clean-cut contract for a while, and they have been very upset about this.
The heads of the school districts are being very unfair about it, and, meanwhile, they are collecting interest on the money that should go to the teachers.
School officials in this district must not care about education because they are just hurting the process instead of fixing it. Some teachers are starting to withhold services they used to do out of kindness because it is not in their contract.
Students are the victims. The school district better get the picture and give the teachers what they want because if anybody deserves more money, it is them.
