Fluor Daniel Wins 2 Contracts, Renews Another

Fluor Daniel, the primary operating subsidiary of Irvine-based Fluor Corp., said Thursday that it has renewed a contract and been awarded two others. The value of the three contracts was not disclosed.
The company said Dallas-based TU Electric renewed its maintenance contract for two years. Fluor Daniel has been performing similar services for the utility since 1984.
Fluor Daniel also said it has been awarded two contracts by Pillsbury Inc., a subsidiary of London-based Grand Metropolitan PLC. It will provide engineering, procurement and construction management services for expansion of a food-processing and distribution plant in Wellston, Ohio. It will also renovate a facility in Murfreesboro, Tenn., that will produce dry grocery products.
