Sockers to Sign Hattrup

Peter Hattrup, a 26-year-old forward from the Atlanta Attack of the American Indoor Soccer Assn., will be signed to a 15-day contract with the Sockers, Coach Ron Newman said Thursday.

Newman said Hattrup will be signed either today or sometime next week, depending on which is best suited to the needs of the team, which opens its best-of-five playoff series with St. Louis Saturday.
