The following is from the article “State to Launch Anti-Smoking Ad Campaign” (front page, April 10):
“While smoking rates have fallen 20% among adults in the last two decades, a similar decrease has not been seen among minorities, youths or women,” Kizer said.
Since when aren’t women adults? Shame on you!
