Anderson Commits to Fresno St.

Kennedy High outfielder Garret Anderson has orally committed to play baseball next season at Fresno State.
Anderson (6-foot-3, 185 pounds), a Times All-Valley selection as a baseball and basketball player, was recruited as an outfielder. Anderson, who hit .362 in 1989 to help lead Kennedy to the City Section 4-A Division title and is batting .370 this season, said that he might sign a letter of intent April 11.
