Traffic School Argues Against Change: An attorney for a traffic school that employs comedians to teach safe driving argued Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court that a new Department of Motor Vehicles policy would harm the schools and the public. Judge Barnet Cooperman continued the hearing to April 19. (Filed Dec. 1, 1989; Case No. C745286)
