The New York Stock Exchange said it will suspend trading of Gibraltar Financial on March 29 as a first step toward delisting . . . Shearson Lehman Hutton Inc. agreed to sell its mutual fund and individual investment services division, Lehman Management Co., which has about $2.6 billion of assets under management, to Salomon Inc. for $28 million . . . White Plains, N.Y.-based Nynex Corp. approved an increase in the quarterly dividend to $1.14 per share from $1.09, payable on May 1 to holders of record on March 30 . . . Del Webb Corp. will reinstate its regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will be 5 cents per share and will be payable April 20 to shareholders of record on March 30.
