Lindner Sells Stake

Cincinnati investor Carl Lindner has sold his entire 6.6% stake, or 300,000 common shares, in Las Vegas-based American Pacific Corp., the real estate and chemical concern. Lindner and American Financial Corp., the Cincinatti financial company he controls, sold the shares March 1 for $9.50 each, or $2.85 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
