Rank to Buy Deluxe Film Lab: Rank Organisation of Britain said it has agreed to acquire the Deluxe film processing division of Fox Inc. for $150 million in cash. Deluxe assets in the sale include trademarks, the film laboratory in Hollywood and working capital.
