Simmons Tells of Plans for Lockheed Board: Investor Harold C. Simmons said he would put an employee representative on the Lockheed Corp. board of directors if he wins his proxy fight for the defense contractor at a stockholder meeting March 29. Simmons, Lockheed’s largest stockholder with 19%, has proposed replacing the company’s entire 14-member board with his own nominees.
