WORLD : 5 Die in Pakistan Earthquake

QUETTA, Pakistan — A magnitude 6 earthquake jolted western Pakistan early today, collapsing several mud-dried homes and killing five people, the state-run news agency said.
Associated Press of Pakistan said the epicenter of the quake was about 60 miles east of the Iranian border in Pakistan’s Baluchistan province.
Rescue teams unearthed five bodies in the hardest-hit villages, about 90 miles southwest of the provincial capital of Quetta, APP reported.
