Cam Neely scored two goals and had an assist as the Boston Bruins increased their Adams Division lead to five points with a 5-3 victory over the Montreal Canadiens Thursday night at Boston.
Boston, which has a league-high 83 points, leads the idle Buffalo Sabres by five points and Montreal by six.
St. Louis 6, Chicago 4--Paul Cavallini scored two goals and assisted on Steve Tuttle’s third-period score at Chicago as the Blues moved into a first-place tie with the Blackhawks in the Norris Division.
Philadelphia 4, Calgary 2--Brian Propp and Tim Kerr each had a goal and an assist at Calgary as the Flyers broke a 10-game losing streak against the Flames and jumped from last place to fourth in the Patrick Division.
