Loreen Olsen has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer for Irvine City Savings and Loan Assn. Olsen, who joined the S&L; in 1989, had previously been senior vice president of finance and operations. In addition, Vicki Harris, formerly branch manager of the main office, was appointed senior vice president, savings/marketing; and Delores Steinwand was promoted to senior vice president, finance/accounting from her previous position of vice president/controller.
