Santa Rosa Firm Buys LACADRE of Chatsworth

Major Aviation Corp. of Santa Rosa, Calif., said it acquired LACADRE Inc., a Chatsworth aeronautical engineering firm. Terms were not disclosed.
Major Aviation said LACADRE’s projected revenues for 1990 are $6 million to $7 million. LACADRE will continue to be based in Chatsworth, with a field office at Sonoma County Airport, near Santa Rosa. Major Aviation modifies and converts airplanes.
