Japan Concedes Key Point on FSX: The Japanese government, in an effort to get the long-stalled FSX co-production fighter aircraft project with the United States off the ground, has agreed to shoulder the costs of transfering Japanese technology to U.S. manufacturers. Although the two governments agreed in March on the conditions for the development, the start-up has been stalled by a disagreement over whether the United States is to pay for technology it will receive from private Japanese firms.
