American Ecology Corp., the Agoura Hills waste management company, said it appointed Jack Lurcott to fill a vacancy on the board of directors. Lurcott, an environmental consultant and former vice president of Browning-Ferris Industries of Houston, helped arrange BFI’s recent $28.5-million investment in American Ecology.
American Ecology also said it appointed Bradley E. Dillon as general counsel of the corporation.
