Man Charged With Trying to Sell Trade Secrets: A Canadian employee of NCR Corp.’s subsidiary in Canada has been charged with trying to sell an estimated $100 million worth of NCR trade secrets to computer maker Unisys Corp., police said. Anthony Latchoo, 28, of Rexdale, Ontario, was arrested by the FBI in the parking lot of Unisys’ headquarters in Blue Bell, Pa. Latchoo is charged with interstate transportation of stolen goods. Police were alerted by Unisys in October after a Unisys official received a phone call from a man who allegedly offered to sell confidential NCR documents.
