NAMES IN THE NEWS : ‘Baywatch’ Lifeguard Marries

Actor David Hasselhoff of the “Baywatch” TV series has married aspiring actress Pamela Bach. Saturday’s private ceremony was held at the Little Brown Church in Studio City, the chapel where Ronald Reagan and Nancy Davis were wed. Hasselhoff, 36, who plays a lifeguard lieutenant on the NBC-TV series, and Bach, 28, will go on a European honeymoon after “Baywatch” concludes season production this week, said the actor’s publicist. It was the second marriage for Hasselhoff, probably best known for talking to a computerized automobile in the old television series “Knight Rider.”
