Mattel Inc., Hawthorne, has promoted two executives to head new divisions of its Mattel USA Group. Jill Elikann Barad, executive vice president-marketing and worldwide product development, has been named president of the girls and activity toys division. Leonard M. Croft, senior vice president-Canada/Latin America, becomes president of the boys and preschool toys division. Both division presidents will report to Robert Sansone, president of the Mattel USA Group.
