Closed Thursday: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices, stock and commodity exchanges, libraries, schools, parks and recreation facilities and many businesses. Orange County Transit District buses will follow holiday/Sunday schedules.
Closed Friday: Schools and all city, county and state offices, courts and libraries.
Open Friday: Federal courts and offices, post offices (mail will be collected, but many windows will be closed), banks, stock and commodity exchanges. OCTD buses will follow regular schedules.
